Like my common name would suggest, I’m a super easy plant to care for with foliage similar in shape to that of a Monstera Deliciosa.
We both belong to the same broad family (Araceae) and I have similar habits and requirements to my name sake; however I am actually part of a different genus…Raphidophora.
I will thrive best in bright, indirect/filtered light, and this will give my leaves the best chance of growing nice and big. Keep me out of direct sun otherwise my foliage may turn scorch and burn.
Find a position near a window to keep me, or perhaps outside under a shaded porch.
Wait until the top few inches of my soil are dry in between watering, and make sure my pot has a drainage hole.
Droopy leaves may mean I am not getting enough water, but I will recover quickly once watered correctly.
Like all plants, the amount of water I need depends on the amount of light I get.
I’ll be right at home in a good quality, well-drained potting mix. To make sure my roots can breathe in between watering, house me in a pot with a drainage hole.
Approx. Plant Height: 30-45cm
