Workshop FAQs

Location/Address - 472 FItzgerald Street, North Perth  WA  6006

Our urban botanical studio can be found in the heart of the inner city suburb North Perth, prominently situated on Fitzgerald St with proximity to Angove St dining precinct, The Rosemount Hotel and Rosemount Bowl

Parking

The closest local street parking can be found on either Burt St or Wasley St - please consider our neighbours and read the street signs! There are also larger car parks situated behind The Rosemount Hotel or Zuccaro’s which can be utilized. Unfortunately we do not have any on-site parking

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10mins before the commencement of your workshop. This will give you enough time to grab a prosecco, have a browse and get settled just in time for the beginning! Our workshops generally require an extensive set-up, so please try not to arrive more than 15 minutes early.

What’s included with my workshop ticket?

Your ticket includes all the materials you’ll need: glass container, soil, stones, plants, decorative elements, and expert guidance

What should I bring?

You only need to bring yourself! You don’t need to bring any terrarium tools or plants to your workshop, they are all provided for you. We do recommend wearing enclosed shoes for safety & if you don’t want to get messy, an apron is more than welcome.

If you have anything special or personal in mind that you’d like to add to your terrarium (size appropriate!) then be our guest!

I’m coming in a group, can we all sit together?

The best way to ensure you are grouped with your guests is to make one combined booking, meaning you will automatically be seated together. If you have booked individually, please arrive earlier rather than later to see if we can accommodate your request. We will always do our best, but sometimes the numbers simply don’t add up!

Can we BYO food and drinks?

Sure! Feel free to bring your own nibbles & drinks - please just consider the minimal space you will be working with.

Wheelchair access

Our studio is unfortunately not currently wheelchair accessible, we are working with the council on a solution!
